UFCW 21 Providence RN Contract

This contract („Contract”) is entered into between UFCW 21 („Union”) and Providence RN („Employee”) as of the Effective Date.

1. Scope of Representation

Union represents and has the exclusive right to represent all registered nurses employed by Providence in collective bargaining and negotiations with respect to terms and conditions of employment.

2. Recognition and Obligations
